Work Together
When baby arrives, everything shifts
… your body, your routine, your relationships, your sense of time (no seriously it is SO wild how time moves). It’s a lot. You need support.
I offer two types of support visits—because some days you need a long exhale and a four-hour break, and other days you just need a meal, a hug, and to feel like someone sees you.
I believe in pricing transparency. I also believe everyone deserves support.
Every new family is different and sacred in their own way. If we are a good fit and you are experiencing financial distress, please let me know and we can talk about pricing. I need to buy food for my growing family AND you need support. Let’s make something work!

Each food drop includes enough for 1–2 nourishing meals plus a hearty snack—crafted to support recovery, digestion, and energy in the postpartum season. Everything is homemade and can be enjoyed fresh or frozen for later. You will be able to select the items you’d like from a postpartum menu.

Frequently Asked Questions
please send me an email if you have a question that is not covered here!
-
If you already gave birth and/or brought your baby home, it is NOT too late! Please send me a message! I try to make sure I have an opening for a new family every month!
If your baby is older than 12 weeks and you need support, please still reach out to me.
If you are expecting (adoption, birth, surrogate, etc.) please reach out to me ASAP with your due week/date to see if I have availability!
There is no pressure to book right away or at all! If you know for sure that you would like to work with a postpartum doula let’s set up a time to chat so we can see if we are a good fit!
-
Start by reaching out through the contact form. I will reach out to schedule a quick call and/or an in-person meet-up to make sure we are a good fit!
Once you’re ready, you can purchase a 4-visit package ($560) and start booking sessions at your pace. You can either pay in full or set up a payment plan.
After the first 4 visits, we will discuss what we want to do moving forward!
-
Nope! Whether it’s your first or fifth, every baby brings a new dynamic.
Many postpartum doula clients are experienced parents who want this time to feel different—slower, softer, more supported.
Postpartum doulas are also here to help support siblings transition into their role in this new family dynamic!
-
The earlier the better! I can help you plan for postpartum before birth (yes, that’s a thing), or start support after baby arrives.
I take a limited number of clients to keep care personal, so booking ahead guarantees a spot.
-
Not at this time, but I can refer you to another postpartum doula who does!
-
If you’re pregnant, adopting, a surrogate or recently postpartum and feeling overwhelmed, undersupported, or unsure what’s normal—this is for you.
My goal is to help you feel more nourished, grounded, and confident in your rhythms as a new parent.
If you experienced loss, if your baby is in the NICU, or for any other reason the baby you carried is not home with you — I am here to support you.
If your baby is older than 12 weeks and you need support, please still reach out to me.
-
Yes! You can use your package however works best—four long visits, four quick food drops, or a mix of both.
What type of visit you want needs to be decided at least 3 days before the visit.
-
Every family is different, and we’ll make each visit meet your needs. Common support includes:
Bubble time — 30 mins of you time, I can support the other parenting partner or keep an eye on baby for you
Meal prep or light cooking in your kitchen
Infant feeding support (breast/chest/bottle)
Talking through and problem-solving current hard points
Tidying up dishes, laundry, or baby gear
Support you in setting up daily rhythms and routines
Not sure what you’ll need? That’s normal. I’ll help you figure it out as we go.
-
This visit includes a homemade, nourishing meal (2–3 servings) plus a hearty snack, and about 2 hours in your home.
I’ll bring the food and then spend 2 hours supporting you the same way I would during a 4 hour visit!
Cooking time is included in the flat rate—because that’s part of the care, too.
I’m not just here to fold your towels (though I love a neatly folded towel). I’m here to nourish, advocate, and support you to have the best version of your postpartum experience that you can in your specific situation.
